JOB SUMMARY:

The Department of the Interior is devoted to protecting and preserving the natural resources of this great nation, including National Parks, Landmarks, and the well-being of communities, including those of Native American, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, and affiliated Islanders.

The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) works to promote safety, protect the environment, and conserve resources offshore through viorous regulatory oversight and enforcement.  This position serves as an accountant for the Financial Reports Branch, Finance Division, Office of the Associate Director for Administration.

 

This position is located in Denver CO.

 

Salary Information:  GS-13 $87,815-$114,158 per annum

 

No relocation expenses to be paid.

 

This is a permanent, full-time, career/career conditional appointment. The position has a full performance level of GS-13. 

 

Applications will be accepted from current BSEE employees serving under a permanent competitive service appointment or current BSEE employees serving under certain non-competitive special appointing authorities (e.g., VRA, severely disabled or mentally impaired appointments, or SCEP within 120 days of conversion).
