About the Position:
This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located in Key West, a beautiful resort area with tourists year-round and a very cosmopolitan mix of residents. Opportunities for outdoor and cultural activities abound. Key West is a three-hour drive from Miami. Be prepared for extremely high off-base housing costs; as an alternative to the lack of affordable housing, civilians are authorized to rent government quarters on Naval Air Station Key West, subject to availability.
