This position is located in the Civilian Labor and Payroll Division, Comptroller Department, Command Staff, Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command (JPAC) at Hickam Air Force Base, HI.  In this position, you will be responsible for budgeting and execution of civilian payroll to include preparing, analyzing, and submitting Department of Navy budget exhibits; projecting civilian labor financial requirements to meet future end strength and Full-Time Equivalent(FTE); managing timekeeping in Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA): and planning/analyzing financial requirements to support the JPAC mission.
