Civilian employees serve a vital role in supporting the Army mission.  They provide the skills that are not readily available in the military, but crucial to support military operations.  The Army integrates the talents and skills of its military and civilian members to form a Total Army.

About the Position:

You will work under the general supervision of the Deputy Chief, Fusion Cell, who broadly defines the scope and objectives of assignments. You serve as a senior research analyst with responsibility for conducting comprehensive, standardized and specialized analyses involving both clinical and non-clinical Soldier and Unit information Specialized subject matter knowledge and experience in data analysis is required to review and verify data sources, develop research methodology, conduct analyses, and create succinct and useful reports for a variety of audiences (e.g., various levels of Command, Health Care Providers).

Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement.

TERM appointments are appointments made for more than one year but not more than four years to positions where the need for an employee's services is not permanent.
