Currently Authorized 12.25% Cost-of-Living Allowance (COLA), subject to change.

Who May Apply:

• Current Army Civilian Employee with competitive status (includes Army employees serving on a career or career-conditional appointment) OR A current Army employee on a Veterans Recruitment Authority Appointment (VRA) in the excepted service.
• All Federal employees serving on a Career or Career Conditional Appointment.
• Applicants eligible under Veterans Employment Opportunities Act of 1998 (VEOA)
• Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP) eligibles.
• Family member employees eligible under Executive Order 12721.
• Military spouses eligible under EO 13473.
