About the Position:
Serves as a Program Analyst in S-3, Operations Division, Medical Recruiting Brigade Headquarters (BDE HQs), U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC). Position serves as member of a team and, in absence of Division Chief/Deputy Chief, serves as primary advisor to Medical Recruiting Brigade Commander (CDR) and Command Group on operational-level market research, data collection, and information synthesis as it pertains to recruiting mission analysis. Collects and analyzes data, and recommends distribution and allocation of BDE resources to achieve all assigned recruiting missions. Conducts recruiting production analysis across the Brigade footprint for Operations Officer on a continual basis for periodic and special requirements. Coordinates production related surveys, training, assessments and analysis; reviews, evaluates, and integrates assessment/analysis products and related policies and systems with all elements of BDE staff. Provides recommendations to support and prioritize production and promotional efforts for tactical-level execution. Provides Operations Officer with BDE, battalion (BN) and company (CO) level assessment of BDE recruiting production to integrate, synchronize, and coordinate efforts of CDR’s staff and subordinates. Conducts periodic inspections of Medical Recruiting Battalions’ production management systems and mission analysis processes and procedures.
