The U. S. Army Medical Research Materiel Command (USAMRMC) is participating in an alternative personnel system known as the USAMRMC Personnel Demonstration Project. The payband DJ-02 incorporates the GS-05 to GS-10 grade level equivalents. In keeping with the Demonstration pay fixing policies, employees already earning a salary that falls within the payband, or equivalent, will not receive a pay increase (promotion) upon being placed in this position. Future pay increases within the payband will be through the pay for performance management system.

 

Payment of Moving Expenses/Permanent Change of Station (PCS) is not authorized, based on a determination that PCS move is not in the Government interest.

 

Business travel is required 5% of the time
