We are looking for energetic, highly motivated, detail-oriented budget professionals to join the Office of Budget (OB), which advises and supports the Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) on budget policy issues affecting the NIH, the medical research community, and the public. The OB participates in developing of all NIHs budget projections, maintaining active and efficient communications with Health and Human Services, Office of Management and Budget and the Congress, and monitoring and coordinating NIH budget activities of the 27 NIH Institutes and Centers (ICs).
The three branches that comprise the OB organization are:
· Budget Formulation, Presentation & Execution Branch
· Budget Analysis and Modeling Branch
· Budget Reporting and Legislative Branch
This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, Office of the Director, Office of Budget on the NIH main campus.
