The CTO/AIR-4.0T is a Level 1 organization within the Research and Engineering Group (AIR-4.0) responsible for the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) Science and Technology (S&T) program. The selectee serves as a Management Analyst as part of the Chief Technology Office (CT0) team. The office provides documentation and tracking as well as cost, schedule, performance and transition oversight of the command S&T portfolio. She/he is an authoritative source of information relating to the analyses and evaluation of the major programmatic and administrative aspects of the Chief Technology Office as well as primary point of entry for information on the latest developments and trends, historical matters relating S&T methodology, process, and policy.
