The position serves as a Program Analyst for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Identification Systems Division (Code 4.5.9), St. Inigoes, MD. The successful candidate will work with the Division BFM, Lead Contracts Analyst, and other Division Analyst to participate in all mid level phases of the IDS program's planning, analysis and execution. Assist the Lead BFM and Lead Contract Analyst with program management functions, including program analysis; administration; schedule planning and management; and program control and reporting.  Successful performance of these functions requires knowledge of financial, project and contract management functions, policies and processes.
