The selectee of this position will be a NAWCAD Financial Management Analyst supporting a major NAWCAD Competency Group, and is accountable for budget execution responsibilities, and ensures compliance with Congressional legislation and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance.  The selectee serves as a NAWCAD Financial Management Analyst and is the Technical Budget contact for a major NAWCAD Competency Group and/or Department.  The analyst makes determinations and performs or advises on work in any of the phases or systems of budget and financial administration.
