The position is located in the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations Planning and Real Estate Directorate Office of Strategic Planning Knowledge Management Division. The incumbent serves as a Program Analyst in the Knowledge Management Division (KM), Office of Strategic Planning (OSP), Directorate of Planning and Real Estate (PRE), within the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO). The Division managers the overall OBO strategic planning process, including, but not limited to, the annual six-year Long Range Plan (LRP), the Capital Security Construction Program Schedule (CSCPS), the Capital Security Cost Sharing Program (CSCS), and the Major Rehabilitation Program Schedule (MRPS), and develops overall requirements for all capital construction and major rehabilitation projects, the Asset Management Plan, and the Federal Real Property Initiative (FRPI).
The contractor serves as senior Program Analyst, responsible for providing advice and assistance to higher level management and other OSP staff on OBO planning actions, and for performing analytical and evaluative studies and preparing comprehensive planning and analysis reports in support of all planning actions for OBO's worldwide design and construction programs.
