Applicants wanting consideration under the Veterans Employment Opportunity Act (VEOA) for the GS-07 grade level must also apply under announcement number AN730959 and complete the questionnaire (test).  To be referred as a VEOA eligible GS-07 under merit procedures, you must pass the assessment with a passing score.  You will not receive consideration under VEOA if you fail to complete and pass the test.
