Civilian employees serve a vital role in supporting the Army mission.  They provide the skills that are not readily available in the military, but crucial to support military operations.  The Army integrates the talents and skills of its military and civilian members to form a Total Army.

About the Position:

This position is located at the 81st Regional Support Command, Budget Division/Reserve Personnel Army Branch, Resource Management Office, Fort Jackson, South Carolina.  

 

About the Surrounding Area:  Fort Jackson includes more than 52,000 acres, including more than 100 ranges of field training sites & 1,160 buildings.  Soldiers, civilians, retirees and family members make up the Ft. Jackson community that continues to grow in numbers and facilities.  More than 3,900 active duty Soldiers and their 14,000 family members call this area home.

 

Description of the office and working environment:  Work is typically performed in an adequately lighted and climate controlled office.

  

This position is under the supervision of: the Supervisory Budget Analyst.
