This position is located at the Navy Personnel Command Business Operations Comptroller Department, Financial Management Division, Program, Budget, Execution Branch, Millington Tennessee. You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization’s programs and administrative operations; Incumbent will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets; provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization’s programs and activities.
