TEXAS AIR NATIONAL GUARD

 

EXCEPTED TECHNICIAN VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

 

This position is located in the 136th Airlift Wing, Fort Worth, TX.  The purpose of this position is to analyze maintenance systems and data and present results to management.  Incumbent controls and maintains the Management Information System (MIS). Develops factors to measure and predict capabilities of maintenance manpower, equipment, and facilities. Controls, develops, and coordinates maintenance data systems and requirements.

Appointment Factors: This is a Permanent Excepted Position open to Enlisted members ranking E-5 Not to Exceed E-7.  This is a Bargaining Unit position.
 
Remarks:  GO-81 EXPERIENCE, MICROSOFT, EXPOSURE TO LAN ADMINISTRATION, EQUIPMENT AND ACCOUNT CUSTODIAN EXPERIENCE IS DESIRABLE.  ALL TXANG UNITS WILL GIVE FIRST CONSIDERATION FOR VACANT POSITIONS TO QUALIFIED APPLICANTS FROM THE 217th TRS.
