Serves as Program Analyst providing business advice and support to the Human Research Program (HRP) on the effective management and administration of federal resources of federally funded research grants and cooperative agreements with university and private industry partners. The work requires an understanding of federal grant and cooperative agreement management, accounting, and administration are required to perform business management support, deliver program guidance, and successfully support and tie long range program planning activities to performance reported in the Decadal and National Institute of Health surveys.
