About the Position:

HECSA is located in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area, approximately 15 miles south of the Nation's Capitol, in Alexandria, Virginia. The Washington, D.C., metropolitan area is extremely rich in diverse cultural activity, American history -- Civil War history in particular, excellent shopping and eating establishments, white water kayaking on the Potomac River (where the U.S. Olympic Team trains), hiking, and some of the best boating in the world, on Chesapeake Bay. Who May Apply:

 

Current USACE (United States Army Corps of Engineers) Employees with career or career-conditional status.

 

Current Army Civilian Employees - Current Army employees with competitive status (includes Army employees serving on a career or career-conditional appointment). (NOTE: You MUST submit a copy of your latest non-award SF-50 that reflects your highest grade held on a permanent basis along with your application/resume package).
