This position is located in Department of Defense (DoD) Office of Inspector General, Assistant Inspector General for Administration and Management, Human Capital Advisory Services (HCAS) Directorate in Alexandria, VA.

The incumbent is a Program Analyst, reporting to the Deputy Assistant Inspector General for Human Capital Management. He/she manages a number of special projects in areas such as analysis and reporting of data from human capital surveys and pilot programs; management of employee empowerment focus groups with resulting recommendations; and mentoring staff involved in human capital planning and evaluation.
