About the Position:

Serves as Senior Manpower Specialist for the J-1,4, Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO). As such, plans, executes manpower advisory, administrative personnel functions and performs a variety of internal manpower management and administrative management services. Plans, coordinates, and executes strategic manpower actions supporting the integration of multiple JIEDDO solutions throughout the Department of Defense (DOD). The development and management of manpower administrative procedures reaches across, and interfaces with all Joint Services. The incumbent is responsible for the administration of all JIEDDO manpower actions to include military, civilian and contractor personnel. Works under the supervision of Chief, Manpower Branch, JIEDDO J-1,4.
