Mission Statement: This position is located in the Contracting Directorate, Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. The DSCA is responsible for planning, coordinating, administering and supervising Department of Defense (DOD) programs for the transfer of defense articles, services, and technology, by sale or grant to foreign governments and international organizations. These programs include Foreign Military Sales (FMS) under which defense articles and services are sold to foreign countries or international organizations; pseudo-FMS programs that accelerate procurement and delivery of defense articles and service; and Foreign Military Financing (FMF) programs under which grants or loans are provided to foreign countries for financing of FMS or direct commercial contracts with U.S. industry. The DSCA also support the Under Secretary for Policy by acting as executive agent for the administration and oversight of the DoD's five international Regional Centers for Strategic Studies.

This position may be filled at either GS-12, GS-13, or GS-14 grade level, please indicate the grade for which you want to be considered, incumbent may be non-competitively promoted to the next grade level in the time frame allowed by regulations and upon management's request. Promotion is contingent upon satisfactory completion of required training, regulatory requirements and demonstrated ability to perform the duties. Promotion is not guaranteed or implied.
