This position is located in the Office of Physical Security Programs (PSP), Deputy Assistant Secretary for Countermeasures, Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS). The Office of Physical Security Programs is responsible for developing physical security policies and standards for the protection of personnel, facilities and national security information worldwide. The incumbent functions as the financial management technical expert for the Office of the Director, the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Countermeasures and the bureau's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on financial management strategic planning, development, analysis and related cost control activities that reflect the highest integrity and optimal effectiveness in promoting the most efficient utilization of PSP capital resources.
