This position serves as a first line supervisor in an ORA District Office over one or more Investigatory units of Consumer Safety Officers. The supervisor is recognized as the authority in the program segments, functions, and activities of the unit supervised. The supervisor is responsible for the technical and administrative supervision of all unit employees (including Consumer Safety Inspectors and support staff) which includes planning, assigning, reviewing, and evaluating the work and performance of those employees.
