This position is located in the NBC, Human Resources Directorate, Client Liaison & Product Development Division.  The Division is responsible for managing and directing the Human Resources Line of Business programs.

 

The incumbent of this position serves as Chief, Client Liaison and Product Development Division responsible for managing a staff of specialists with the assistance of subordinate branch chiefs and serves as a primary advisor to the Associate Director and Director of NBC for a full range of client issues.
