Area of Consideration:
Current career or career conditional Federal employees and former Federal employees with reinstatement eligibility. Veterans who are eligible under the Veterans Employment Opportunities Act of 1998 (VEOA) may apply as well. To be eligible under the VEOA, applicants must be preference eligibles or have been separated from the armed forces under honorable conditions after three or more years of continuous active service.
Persons eligible for non-competitive appointment under special authorities (e.g. Severely Disabled, 30% or more compensably disabled veterans, Peace Corps returnees, etc.) Such individuals need not be current or former Federal employees.

The Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) is part of the Department of Interior's Office of Policy, Management and Budget and is responsible for collecting and disbursing revenues from energy production that occurs onshore on Federal and American Indian lands, and offshore in the Outer Continental Shelf. During Fiscal Year 2011, ONRR disbursed more than $11.2 billion to states, American Indian Tribes and individual Indian mineral owners, and to various Federal accounts.
The Office of Natural Resources Revenue is in search of a candidate to become a Supervisory Program and Appeals Analyst for the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR). The incumbent is responsible for the overall management of the Royalty Appeals Office which processes appeals filed by the minerals industry.
