About the Position:
You will serve as the Business Manager for the PCAPP Site Office of the US Army Element, Assembled Chemical Weapons Alternatives (USAE ACWA), responsible for the overall program management/resource management related aspect of the PCAPP Site Office portion of the ACWA program, i.e., development and implementation of acquisition strategies, procurement planning/execution, procurement package preparation and submission, program/budget analysis, operations research analysis (analytic study efforts and cost/budget process) and other administrative/support functions. The ACWA program is an ACT I multibillion dollar design, construction, operation and closure of chemical demilitarization facilities to destroy the chemical weapons stockpiles at Pueblo Chemical Depot and Blue Grass Chemical Activity).
