This position is located in the Naval Branch Health Clinic Groton, Connecticut at the Mental Health Division within the Behavioral Health Department. This position reports to the Head, Behavioral Health Department. The clinic has one active duty psychiatrist, two civilian psychologists, three military psychologists, two psychiatric nurses, one psychiatric social worker and two military neuropsychiatric technicians. Provide direct supervision to unlicensed clinical psychologists in Groton and in Newport and assist them in the licensing process. Provide further ongoing training and supervision to the psychiatric nurse and social worker and the paraprofessional staff. Provide ongoing development and implementation of the Quality Assurance programs. Serve as a consultant and advisor to the Family Advocacy program.
