JOB SUMMARY: Serves as the first line supervisor over the Recruitment and Placement, Position Management and Classification, and Pay Administration functional areas of the Human Resources Management Service for the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System.  Responsible for the healthcare system's staffing and pay administration programs for Title 5, Title 38, and Hybrid Title 38 positions, and provides administrative supervision over employees in the Staffing, Classification and Pay Section.  Provides technical oversight for Staffing positions throughout the Service.   


KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be a current, permanent VA employee.
  • Must submit, pass and maintain a security background investigation.
  • Travel and Relocation expenses are authorized (except GHBO).
  • $7,500 Rec/Relo Incentive authorized w/2-year svc obligation.
  • Time-In-Grade requirement must be met by closing date of announcement.
