The incumbent is Chief of the Chaplain Service and is responsible for managing, directing, and supervising the provision of spiritual and pastoral care to Veterans and beneficiaries at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Atlanta (Decatur) GA.   The Chief Chaplain is responsible for effective leadership in developing and carrying out the medical center's programs of religious, spiritual, and clinical pastoral care for persons of all faith groups.
