JOB SUMMARY:

The mission of the National Finance Center: To design, develop, implement and operate, cost-effective, financial, administrative, and management information system and services supporting the missions of the USDA and its customers.

This position is located in the Office of Chief Financial Officer, National Finance Center (OCFO/NFC), Administrative Management Staff (AMS), Support Services Office (SSO).  The SSO is responsible for coordinating all planning and related reporting with the AMS, NFC Director, Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) and other federal and local agencies; developing strategic plans, objectives and goals for the SSO; facilities management; space utilization and management; construction and retrofit projects; physical security; physical safety; inventory and warehouse management; mail management; motor vehicle management; and transportation management.

 

Area of Consideration: Applications will be accepted from current National Finance Center (NFC) Federal employees with competitive status only.

This vacancy may be used to fill additional similar positions within NFC.
