You Can Make a Difference! The National Archives and Records Administration is seeking a dynamic and energetic leader to serve as Director of Learning and Development. This position is located in College Park, MD.
The Director leads the planning, management, coordination, administration and supervision of the Learning and Development Division. This position reports directly to NARA's Chief Human Capital Officer and serves as a senior member of the Human Capital Management Team. We are looking for a highly motivated leader with proven program management expertise and the drive to excel in a results-oriented environment. In addition, the ideal candidate will have had experience establishing and executing an overall training and development strategy to foster a culture of continuous learning for all staff in a geographically dispersed organization.
