About the Position:
As the Inspections Branch Chief, you will plan and conduct systemic/special inspections, primarily focused on United States Property and Fiscal Offices (USP&FO) in the eastern third of the United States. Specific area of responsibility for USP&FO inspections for this vacancy includes, but are not limited to Internal Review, Real Property, Purchasing and Contracting, and The Government Purchase Card Program. The work is complex and very sensitive and requires the use of mature judgment to perform complex analytical inspections of interrelated issues and investigations using a systemic approach to defining problem areas. The purpose of this work is to inspect and assess the effectiveness, productivity, efficiency and compliance with regulations of programs and mission operations.
