The incumbent of this position serves as the Director for Acquisition and Grants Management (DAGM) for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of NIST. The DAGM assists the CFO by managing the acquisition and grant management functions of the Bureau and its external customers. The incumbent is a technical expert on federal acquisition and grant management matters. He/she is responsible for establishment of policies to govern the development, management, administration, and coordination of NIST's strategic acquisition and grants management functions.
