We are searching for a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist with experience in the areas of benefits, retirement, workers compensation; payroll and timekeeping administration and services; and final authorizing of personnel actions to serve as the Chief of the Benefits and Payroll Liaison Branch (BPLB).  The BPLB provides comprehensive programs for payroll liaison functions and services, benefits administration management and services, and final authorizing of all actions affecting pay and eligibility for actions and benefits of all employees at the NIH.
