The incumbent serves as the primary contact for administration within the Operational Support Staff (OSS), Wildlife Services (WS), with responsibility for assisting the Director, OSS plan, direct, coordinate, and implement program-wide administrative management systems covering budget, fiscal, personnel, and administrative services and audit, review, and analysis functions.
