 TECHNICIAN VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT  

 

THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO OFFICERS AND WARRANT OFFICERS ONLY

 

Please list your military position(s), MOS(s), supervisor and complete dates-for example 31 JAN 2003 through 3 FEB 2005, that you have worked in the position to include a detailed narrative of your work experience to receive credit for your directly related military experience.

Do not use POSITION DESCRIPTIONS, JOB DESCRIPTIONS or copies of JOB ANNOUNCEMENTS, etc., as the narrative of your work experience.  If it is determined that you have done this, you will NOT receive credit for that portion of your work experience.

WHO WILL BE CONSIDERED:  This position is open to all current members of the Oklahoma Army National Guard.  Military grade available, Warrant Officer GS-11: CW2 to CW4; Officer GS-12: O-3 to O-4

 

***Relocation allowances will not be paid due to the lack of funds***

 

NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED:  This is an excepted position that requires active membership in a compatible skill in the Oklahoma Army National Guard and the wear of the military uniform.  Acceptance of an excepted position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment.

 

MILITARY REQUIREMENTS:  Selected candidate will be required to be in a compatible military assignment prior to effective date of placement.

 

Supervisor must verify that selected individual occupies a compatible military position.  Technicians will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor or wage leader (grade inversion).
