Civilian employees serve a vital role in supporting the Army mission.  They provide the skills that are not readily available in the military, but crucial to support military operations.  The Army integrates the talents and skills of its military and civilian members to form a Total Army.

About the Position:

This position is located at the Tioga Field Office, a satellite office of the Baltimore District's Regulatory Branch.  The Tioga-Hammond/Cowanesque Lakes are located in Tioga County, PA, one of the most beautiful and pristine areas of the Northeastern United States.  Outdoor recreation opportunities abound, ranging from world class wild trout fishing to hiking, hunting, rafting, canoeing, bird-watching, camping, ice-fishing, and picnicking.  Tioga County is a rural area; however, large city amenities are available within an hour in Williamsport, PA and Elmira, NY.  The Tioga-Hammond/Cowanesque Lakes area offers a friendly and considerate work environment with opportunities to meet new people and spend large amounts of time in the outdoors.  Free Parking is provided.
