The National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) implements research, development, and demonstration programs to resolve the environmental, supply, and reliability constraints of producing and using fossil resources.

This position is located at the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) in the Legal Division of the Office of Chief Counsel.  You will supervise a staff of professional attorneys and paralegal specialists in an active, multidisciplinary environment of a fossil energy research and development laboratory.  You will provide legal advice and guidance on all matters pertaining to NETL and the Office of Fossil Energy as well as some matters regarding the Office of Electricity Delivery and Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.
