This position is located in the Employee Benefits Security Administration, Dallas Regional Office, in Dallas, Texas. This position serves as Deputy Regional Director with responsibility for planning, directing, and administering a program of enforcement to ensure maximum industry compliance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and with direct responsibility for civil enforcement activities within the jurisdiction of the Regional Office. This position is at the full performance level. Relocation expenses have been authorized.
