As the Deputy Director of Human Resources, the incumbent has responsibility for assisting the Director in planning, directing and implementing a comprehensive human resources management program for NCUA. The incumbent will also function as a senior advisor to NCUA senior management and the NCUA Board on the formulation, development and implementation of NCUA-wide human resources, human capital management, and diversity management program matters.
