Position Summary: To serve as an international acquisition program manager responsible for managing FMS and for developing, establishing, implementing, and controlling contractual, financial, and technical aspects of a project/program through designated phases of the acquisition cycle for which no closely related precedents exist. The purpose of this position is to provide a program manager to direct and execute projects and programs for foreign country training systems acquisition.
