The Supervisory Program Analyst (Branch Manager) serves as the Manager in the Office of Retail Securities, Division of Records Systems, branch as assigned. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations and enhancements to Retail’s portfolio of applications. These applications include the mission critical savings and marketable securities systems for Public Debt. Retail also manages a payments mechanism program for these and other Public Debt securities systems. The analyses and studies conducted by the incumbent, the long-range plans developed, and the information development activities span programs, policies and issues on an office-wide basis. 

This Treasury position is currently located in either the Bureau of the Public Debt  or the Financial Management Services.  Upon completion of the planned consolidation of these two bureaus, the position will be located in the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, still within the Department of the Treasury.
