The Supervisory Program Analyst (Contact Center Manager) serves as the Manager in the Office of Retail Securities, Division of Customer Assistance, branch as assigned. This position is responsible for contact center operations and as such shapes the direction for providing customer service and support to over 55 million individuals in the investing public. The retail program's vision is to build a nation of savers by offering simple, safe, attractive Treasury investment choices in electronic form.

This Treasury position is currently located in either the Bureau of the Public Debt or Financial Management Service.  Upon completion of the planned consolidation of these two bureaus, the position will be located in the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, still within the Department of the Treasury.
