<br>* Bachelor degree in Planning, Government / Law, Public Administration or Public Policy
<br>* 10 years related experience
<br>* Requires a knowledge of transportation funding, local and state policy, multimodal planning and project management
<br>* Knowledge of transportation funding, local and state policy, multimodal planning and project management
<br>* Facilitate decision making processes
<br>
<br>PREFERRED:
<br>* Undergraduate or graduate degree in planning, government / law, public administration or public policy
<br>* Prior experience with the City of Portland, ODOT, WSDOT or other Portland-area and / or Southwest Washington agencies desired
<br>
<br>JOB DUTIES:
<br>* Lead planning or policy tasks for transportation projects
<br>* Lead multidisciplinary projects and teams
<br>* Successfully position with clients for new transportation work
<br>* Lead multidisciplinary teams, and desire to grow professionally as a senior project manager and business class manager within a seller-doer business environment
<br>* Demonstrated strong leadership skills, build trust with clients and project stakeholders
<br>* Position will leverage candidate's policy experience to win work, manage projects and lead multidisciplinary project teams
