The Apartment Finder has an opening for an Account Executive for the Dallas and surrounding area. The Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with new and existing customers. The Account Executive promotes and sells established and innovative print & online advertising solutions to apartment communities and property management companies in the multifamiliy industry. This position requires a success-driven, motivated, entrepreneurial and goal-oriented individual who can build strong relationships with our prospective and existing clients. Our product is custom designed to build Google rank and we are looking for a sales professional comfortable with new media advertising concepts. Some specific duties include:
* Maintaining relationships and contacts with current and potential advertising accounts using all forms of communication including in-person, email, blogs, RSS feeds and social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.)
* Making follow up sales and customer service calls
* Developing new sales leads and expanding the existing market
* Making appointments and giving on-site presentations of NCI''s unique advertising options including print, online and new media options
* Managing, servicing and supporting existing clients
* Working with management to set and expand monthly sales revenue goals
* Representing the Apartment Finder at Multi-family association meetings and events

Required Experience:
* An Account Executive for the Apartment Finder must be able to develop positive relationships. The Account Executive will build their client base by providing extraordinary service to their existing customers and by initiating contact (cold) calls with potential customers.
* Candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit and a positive sales-oriented personality.
* Account Executives must be able to present a professional appearance and represent the Apartment Finder in a professional and confident manner.
* A candidate for the Account Executive position should have three years of outside sales experience - advertising & media preferred
* The Account Executive must be an excellent communicator and be proficient in all formats, styles and methods of communication including traditional (person-to-person, email, phone) and new media, (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn).
* Experience in publishing and making deadlines is preferred; but, the ability to work in a deadline-driven print production and advertising environment is required.
* The candidate must have a track record that shows they have exceeded company set expectations and business experience that includes working with sales quotas and reporting daily activity.
* Experience in promoting the advantages of a multi-level and coordinated advertising campaign needed. This includes the ability to promote lead generation metrics, Search Engine Optimization and New Media (Blogs, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.).marketing techniques. This includes marketing NCI''s
* Lots of local travel to customer’s offices for meetings and some occasional overnight travel are required.
* Therequired technical skillsare: basic spreadsheet use and analysis, basic word-processing, basic presentation development (PowerPoint) and the ability to learn and use NCI proprietary software.
* Preferred technical skillsinclude some graphic design, photography, web design and layout, digital media sharing, WordPress, SharePoint and other Web 2.0 software
