As an Account Executive/Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling products and services to new and current businesses via telephone contact. The Inside Sales Representative is held accountable for meeting monthly and annual sales goals. Some key components of this role include:
* Selling new merchant processing services to new and existing businesses via telephone (inbound and outbound). Communicating with a variety of decision-makers (Small to mid-size business owners, CEO's, etc.) to evaluate needs and propose solutions
* Remaining knowledgeable of company's products to facilitate sales efforts.
* Maintaining electronic sales records and other administrative duties as required.
* Providing follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction after the sale and responding to any issues as needed

Qualifications:

* College degree preferred OR some college level courses completed with a minimum of one year sales experience
* B2B sales experience, telephone sales a plus
* Ability to excel in a referral-based sales role, requiring a consultative sales approach with Chase business bank customers
* Demonstrated ability to manage ongoing sales partnerships with Chase personal bankers and business bankers within an assigned branch
* Proven experience working with new and existing customers to resolve process or account issues that may arise
* Must be able to work for any US employer
* Position is located within a Dallas TX sales center
