JOB SUMMARY:
Job Description:

Secure solid executive relationship between QSI, Inc./NextGen and Customer (hospital and/or clinic executive teams)
Manage customer relationship; presale through post live
Manage and facilitate miscellaneous projects and add-on business from identification of opportunity through generation/approval of quotes, scheduling of deliverables and adoption of end solution
Coordinate escalated project or support issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Coordinate customer roadmap for ongoing product updates
Serve as advocate and liaison between customer and internal teams
Required Skills:

5+ years industry experience in vendor, hospital or healthcare setting
Previous Account Management and/or Customer Relationship Management experience (or equivalent)
Previous software vendor experience in healthcare information technology setting
Executive presence with comfortable presentation skills
Strong communication skills
Understanding of hospital and patient care workflow
Knowledge of industry vernacular and appropriate application of such (ie. HIPAA, CMS, JCAHO, Barcode Administration, Medication Safety, CPOE, HL7, etc.)
Employee must be able to form/nurture collaborative relationships within cross-functional and cross-organizational teams
Employee must compare alternative courses of action and make a responsible decision after considering the options and securing buy-in
Employee must be independent thinker and is expected to make significant choices and decisions, without specific guidance from supervisor
Travel required (50-75%)
