ACCOUNT MANAGER

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Job Duties: 1. Communicates with clients by phone, email or in-person; receives information for installation, discontinuance of change in services; responds to general service questions regarding client accounts. 2. Educates and assists clients with completing New Group Submission Forms, troubleshoots questions or concerns. 3. Addresses issues or complaints regarding billing or other services rendered; refers issues to appropriate departments for further investigation. 4. Keeps up-to-date and abreast of all Choice services and products; recommends new or additional services to enhance clients’ plans. Evaluates how clients use and interact with Choice products and process, relates unmet needs to management for consideration. 5. Visits clients at their place of business to provide educational group meetings and to retain client relationships. 6. Creates, develops, runs and interprets/analyses custom and routine reports as requested. 7. Discusses and negotiates various aspects of clients’ plan with high-level representatives (such as client CEO, HR Director, CFO, Owner, etc) 8. Works via superior service and close relationships to maintain and retain client and broker business. 9. Analyzes plan designs; changes plan designs to suit clients’ needs and wishes while maintaining reasonable and functional administrative burdens. 10. Negotiates and adjusts fees or issues refunds of client fees within Choice guidelines and limits. 11. Maintains knowledge of ERISA and EBIA guidelines as they relate to HRA, FSA and HSA administration.
