As a DMI Supervisor - Client Support:
The DMI Supervisor is responsible for client status reporting, defect escalation, service level agreement fulfillment, process improvement, and account operations management. They are also responsible for Client Technical Analyst tasking and performance management, capacity planning and utilization, and productivity monitoring and optimization.

- 3+ year(s) management/leadership preferred
- 5+ year(s) customer service experience preferred. *Must be able to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
- College degree preferred
- Type at least 45 WPM
- Display strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be willing to work various schedules
