JOB SUMMARY:
Meet or exceed budget Volumes, Revenues, and Contribution Margin for account responsibility as outlined in your budget and the annual goals.
Understand the dynamics of customers, competitors and market segments in the assigned accounts and communicate information to drive decisions, direction and priorities of the OTG business.
Ensure proper top to bottom selling of these accounts using Hexion management as appropriate to drive concepts and performance.
Properly use the Technical Service group to gain technology advantage at our customers and perspective customers. Drive and track technical projects at accounts to exceed budgeted account performance.
Effectively develop and administer all customer contracts and sales agreements. Comply with all administrative requirements of the position to include call reports, technical updates, project management tracking, key/strategic account plans, expense report policies and full compliance HexionA
